This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the MindPave platform.

By purchasing access to a MindPave course or subscription, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Course Purchases

If you purchase a MindPave course and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that a substantial portion of the course has not already been completed.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MindPave reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive completion of course material, or repeated refund requests.

Subscriptions

If MindPave offers subscription-based access, billing will occur on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or yearly) depending on the plan selected at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but it does not automatically generate refunds for payments already processed.

Access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Payments and Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Abuse of Refund Policy

MindPave reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, including repeated refund requests, extensive use of course materials before requesting a refund, or fraudulent activity.
